ANHUI, CHINA: Our Milk Oolong tea is a Tie Guan Yin oolong tea from the Anhui region of China. Oolong production differs from the usual tea production, as the tea is only half-fermented from the outside in. Our Milk Oolong is a green oolong – half fermented and dried for a short amount of time only, with many similarities to the famous High Mountain tea.

How to brew +

Produce this oolong tea by scooping 1.5 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water. Next, pour your 195 degree water over the tea. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea leaves and enjoy the richness.
